Upmark

You said 7:00

Silencing the alarm does nothing. Walk for one minute, or the morning is missed.

The Upmark home screen, showing a streak of 31, tomorrow's alarm and a history of kept and missed mornings.

One alarm, three chances

  1. 7:00

    First chance

Your own sound. Up on the time you promised.

  2. 7:10

    Second chance

Still kept. The record says ten minutes late.

  3. 7:20

    Last chance

A sound you would never pick, so you know without looking.

Nothing walked by 7:30 and the morning is missed.

30stepsin60seconds

You cannot fake a minute of walking from bed.

No camera, no code to scan, nothing to set up the night before. A minute later, one tap says you are still up.

Three numbers, no points

Minutes after your alarm

The one that does the work. Your morning opens with it.

Streak

Any walk keeps it. One miss ends it.

Wake rate

How many of your last thirty mornings you kept. It heals.

At night you write why tomorrow matters. In the morning your phone says it back.

On the lock screen
Gym before work
When you start walking
Gym before work, thirty steps to keep it
If you miss it
You said: gym before work

Or record it. Ten seconds of your own voice, playing while you walk.

What it will not do

  • The stop button always exists

iOS puts one on every alarm. Upmark cannot force you up, it can only refuse to call it kept.

  • iPhone on iOS 26

It runs on AlarmKit, which is what rings through Silent and Focus. No Android yet.

  • It needs Motion and Fitness

No step data, no score. Upmark asks for it before it asks you for money.

  • Your ringer is the only volume

Alarms follow the slider in Settings, not the side buttons. Setup makes you check.
